District 50 LEO Chair
The Leo club chairperson(s) contribute to the success of their district through the promotion, development, and continual support of Leo clubs. The District year begins July 1st and concludes June 30th.
Appointed at the district level, the LEO club chairperson(s) encourage Leos and Leo advisers to bring new energy, inspire fresh ideas for service and grow the Leo Club Program.
Their responsibilities include:

Appointed at the district level, the LEO club chairperson(s) encourage Leos and Leo advisers to bring new energy, inspire fresh ideas for service and grow the Leo Club Program.
Their responsibilities include:
- Oversee Leo club development for a three-year term
- Mentor existing Leo clubs and Leo advisers
- Coach Lions in Leo club extension activities
- Encourage graduating Leos to transfer into a Lions club
- Team up with key district leaders to review goals and encourage involvement
- Publicize and promote the program
- Conduct leadership training for Leo advisers and officers

Lion Winston served as District 50 LEO Chair for the past three years. A member of the Mililani Lions Club, Lion Winston has been an integral part of the community, serving whenever and wherever he can. After retiring in 2010, Lion Winston enjoys golfing and spending time with his family when he's not assisting with the Leo and Lion programs.
