Life After LEO Club

What am I getting myself into?
First and foremost, remember that LEO Club is all about volunteering! Yes, we all have busy schedules but LEO Club is about taking some of our time to help others in our community. Service projects can take place in the form of a collection drive, a clean-up, sign-waving, or something more hands-on and interactive. If you have ideas or see a need in your community, don't hesitate to share with your club! We're always looking for more ways to help out! We will always encourage you to help out as much as you can but don't forget, the bottom line is that you help with what you can and whenever you can. Some clubs have great expectations but your service is appreciated in any size, shape, color, and form.

How much money is involved?
Nothing in life is free...except SERVICE! However, each club has a club fee to keep the club running with basic equipment, materials, and other things needed in order to perform service. Clubs often have a club shirt, name tags, or other paraphernalia that may also incur additional costs. Whenever possible, clubs also utilize fundraisers and donations but this isn't always available. Communicate with your club Treasurer and/or adviser if you have a financial difficulty.

Why should I join a LEO Club?
Being a LEO can help you to become a caring, committed individual with a purpose in life. LEO Club can help you prepare for working with others and key problem-solving skills in school, work, and life. LEOs create extensive bridges of friendship, meeting and connecting with others from your school, the state, the nation, and the world. There are so many reasons to join a LEO Club, but don't take our word for it, ask our LEOs:
