Meeting FAQs
We can't attend every District 50 meeting but want to know what's going on, how can we do so?
Minutes (notes) from the meeting will be emailed to all advisers and officers who's information we have on file. Please ensure the district has your contact information by filling out the LEO 72 form and turning in a copy to Lion Winston. The minutes are also on this website under D50 Information-Meetings. You may also contact the District Secretary to request the notes.
How often should our club hold meetings?
As often as necessary! It's important for your club members to get to know each other and receive all important information, however, we realize you have other responsibilities too! A satisfactory amount would be two per month. If scheduling meeting is challenging for members and advisers, see if technology can be used - send updates/info through email, text, or even a club website!
