Past District 50 LEO Chairs
The District 50 LEO program could not function without the support, guidance, and encouragement of their District Chair! Many continue to work closely with the LEO program even after their term and assist the incoming District Chairs whenever possible.

Lion Whitney Miyahira, Kamehameha Lions Club
District 50 LEO Chair, 2015-2017

Lion Whitney is a teacher at Sacred Hearts Academy where she is a part of the Social Studies Department for students in Gr. 7-12. She began advising the Sacred Hearts (SHA) LEO Club in 2009 and later became a member of the Kamehameha Lions Club. When she's not teaching or advising, Lion Whitney enjoys dancing hula, eisa (Okinawan dance), and Tahitian and spending time with her 2 dogs, cat, and chinchilla.

Lion Winston Watarai, Mililani Lions Club
District 50 LEO Chair, 2013-2015

Has served as District 50 LEO Chair for the past three years. A member of the Mililani Lions Club, Lion Winston has been an integral part of the community, serving whenever and wherever he can. After retiring in 2010, Lion Winston enjoys golfing and spending time with his family when he's not assisting with the Leo and Lion programs.

Lion Rick Yee, Hawaii Kai Lions Club
District 50 LEO Chair, 2007-2013

Lion Rick Yee continues to work closely with the LEO program, attending many of their meetings and events. He currently serves on the LEO Advisory Board for the Windward O'ahu region.
